In a stormy affair at Bodedern the reserves edged through to the last four of the NWCFA Intermediate Cup this afternoon. Goals from Carl Murray and Liam Jones either side of the break sealed the win in a game which saw Town's scorer Jones sent off for a second bookable offence along with one of the opposing side. In addition there were no less than 12 bookings (five Town, seven Bod) in a match which by all accounts the referee failed to control adequately. Jones' dismissal was later rescinded by the match official after he agreed to scrub the second yellow card. Our opponents in the semi-finals will be either Abergele Rovers or Mochdre Sports.
